“great value but not always brilliant at getting back to you with a query. I was going to buy 9 new led floodlights but they didn't revert to me with details of how many watts equivalent they give.”

“Great Range of Products and swift service. My only criticism would be that I received 3 relatively small perfectly packaged "Manufacturer" boxes in one huge box comprising mostly cardboard cuttings - reminded me of a Victor Meldrew programme. Took the lot to the recycling tip! Easy for me but I am sure not for others.”

“Very good customer service. I ordered a circular flourescent tube that I have been trying to find elsewhere for ages. It was Monday evening when I placed the order online and it arrived on Wednesday morning. I now have a nice, bright but soft light in my living room.”
