“Purchased a set of 8 LED garden lights and one didn't work. I established the lamp was OK so the light unit had a connection fault. Lyco sent a replacement next day which worked fine, can't fault that level of service........”

“I ordered some downlighters for our kitchen and couldn't believe how quickly they arrived! Thank you. I also had to ring as there was a slight problem fitting them, and the lady on the phone was exceptionally helpful. We are now thrilled with our new super lights. Would definitely recommend this company and would buy again from them tomorrow!”

“Order was delivered the next day. One piece of glass was cracked , so phoned up and the lady was exstremly helpful and apologetic . A new piece of glass was sent out by courer and I recieve d it the next day. The lanterns look fantastic and are well constructed and solid.”
