I am really sorry to hear you are having a problem with your lamps. I have checked the item logs for this lamp and it is very unusual we have sold this for 7 years and only ever had a handful of faulty lamps reported in that time. The lamps were discontinued in favour of an LED alternatives in Dec 2014 so in this instance I will raise a full refund for the lamps to enable you to purchase an alternative. “A little slower than some suppliers on despatch. No indication given at order, of delivery time-scale. Ordered Saturday, despatched Wednesday. Don't when actually delivered as found in garage (as instructed) on Saturday, but no card to say delivery had been made. Not a problem in this instance, but if hoping for 24-48 hour turnaround as many Web suppliers it would have been a disapointment”

“I've dealt with Lyco professionally in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their service - friendly, helpful and personal. The despatch of this item was delayed, probably due to the holiday period; I was concerned it was their choice of courier, as I've had trouble there before. Lyco, however, didn't try to pass the buck, and admitted the problem was down to them.”
