“Very efficient. The lights came well packed and arrived by lunchtime the next day as I ordered before 4 o'clock the previous day. I was able to track the order. I feel I received very good service. Thank you.”

“Website informative and easy to use. Delivery good though one of the light bulbs did not work but as it's value is less than £1 it hardly seemed worth the effort to get a replacement!”

I have put a note on your account so that when you request replacement lamps you will get a free one to replace the faulty one you received on this order.
