“I purchased a LED tube light to replace my current fluorescent tube in the kitchen I ordered it next day but DPD (The Courier company) had damaged it during transit. But after ringing up and speaking with Hollie Bisgrove; she instantly placed a replacement order. Came the day after which is a good quality product accompanied with a clear set of instructions for the conversion. Definitely would recommend Lyco for product quality and excellent customer service.”

“Simple to use ordering and delivery process, and tracking system helped pin down the delivery time. I was also impressed by the packaging process, light bulbs must be one of the most difficult items to delived safely, buy these were in a neat compact box and seem to be intact!”

“The order was very quickly allocated and dispatched with notification at all stages, and delivered on the date stated. The packaging was excellent very secure, and was left safely with a neighbor. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that still has good values, and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Lyco in the future if needed.”
