“Only issue was FedEx. Depot called us Friday 22nd to say driver could not find address (even though we put a note to say "ring mobile 07 .. etc if can't find address". Depot took directions and said would deliver on Tues 26th. By Thurs 28th still not delivered. Had to chase deport again to finally get delivery.”

I am very sorry for the damage on your delivery, we do take great care to ensure these fragile items get to you in the best possible condition however occasionally an item will be damaged in transit and we will endeavour to replace this the next day.
