“Dispatch of goods was not as quick as I had hoped for but communication was excellent, keeping me fully informed of order progress. Once dispatched goods arrived very quickly. Website was easily navigable. An overall good shopping experience.”

“Great heater with timer. My recent experience with argos was horrible - dented heater with peeling paint. Not with lyco. Very well packaged and factory new. Highly recommended.”

“Wrong bulbs were sent in first instance, when told Lyco were very apologetic and sent the right bulbs for delivery the next day. One of the bulbs arrived broken again a replacement sent straight away.”
