“Had a problem with my on line order as the first attempt failed but pay pal took the money, blamed the company . Got it sorted in the end by both parties but makes one think! The courier FedEx was terrible,would put me off using again with a choice.”

“I was told right away that there was a delay with the order and when to expect delivery. I was informed of a further delay and delivery date. Each time the company was very apologetic and offered to waive delivery charge. Realise delay was beyond their control, but pleased with how they kept me informed.”
