A bit disappointed as I ordered a 2 m lighting track which came as two 1 m tracks and a great ugly connector. It was mentioned in the sub description but not made clear. The manufacturer does 2 m and 3 m tracks so then should be able to supply these. An inconvenience as I will have to return. Otherwise good service with ordering and next day delivery

Thanks for your feedback. We do advise on the website the tracks are in 1m increments and all the necessary connectors supplied. I am sorry this does not suit your requirements.

Easy to use, quick prompt delvery well packaged but more importantly easy to prepare for recycling. Arrived ahead of schedule

Good quality product at a fair price. Delivered within two working days. Purchasing process good and website informative regarding product. Unfortunately, their courier, Hermes, over promised delivery a day earlier, which caused some inconvenience but that was not Lyco's fault.

Goods have not even turned up yet ordered and paid for delivery for Saturday cannot even get through anyone will only accept emails pretty poor service so far

Abysmal delivery, not telling me unril it was too late when they would be delivering and leaving your floodlights at a neighbour and not telling me who or where it had been left.

I be ordered 3 lamps and bulbs. All items were delivered promptly but one bulb was broken. I emailed Lyco and was really impressed with a response within 24 hours advising me that a replacement had been sent. Excellent.
