“I have been extremely pleased with the service from Lyco. I bought some lights for my home that turned out to be unsuitable (all my fault) and Lyco not only arranged for them to be collected they also suggested a solution to my problem. Hopefully the new lights will be what I need to solve my lighting issue.”

I am sorry you are disappointed with us. For future reference if you need items urgently, you can choose our "next working day" delivery service. On this occasion you chose the "three to five day" delivery option when you placed your on-line order hence the consignment took slightly longer to arrive. I hope you find this helpful.
