“Excellent value and speedy delivery. When there was some damage in the post to one of the items not once but twice they immediately sent out a replacement with no quibbling. Couldn't fault them”

“Lyco did a quick and as advertised mail order service. However with the floodlight it would have been helpfull if the advert mentioned it required a connection box in most cases as the attatched cable is short and they didn't want the unit opening to connect the supply”

“Once ordered, I received confirmation of the order and the item arrived in a few days, mush quicker than expected. I hadn't even bothered to use the tracking info at that time as I had expected delays due to the Civid-19 pandemic.”

“I put in an order for lights knowing there would be a gap whilst waiting for delivery of new stock and this was emphasised in their reply; when there was a further delay they notified me and gave me a new expected delivery date, then actually delivered early, so I'm very pleased overall with the way I was treated.”
