“My whole experience was very good indeed. The only criticism I have is the cost of postage and this is because you do not offer a slower delivery at a cheaper rate. This means I will look elsewhere if I can find the product without paying postage or at a cheaper rate.”

“Good prices, and an extensive range of the better LED lighting around, which is why I have started using this company, together with the promised next day delivery at no extra cost (happened each time, too, even to my somewhat remote Suffolk address). I could wish that there was an option to wait for all items to be in stock, rather than a second (or 3rd) package on backorder, as being onhand for delivery is an issue for many of us. And while Fedex is normally quite professional (the recent London deliveries were fine, Ipswich Fedex had a Suffolk moment), from a customer perspective Interlink is so much better with their mobile phone update giving a 1-hr slot on the day. Feel sure I will use Lyco many times again, despite the Fedex factor.”
