“Helpful sales assistant on the telephone. Product suggested is exactly what we required. Excellent service as it arrived the next day and was installed by us the day after. One suggestion to the manufacturer of the product - please make the diagrams of the fitting instructions a little larger.”

“I found he item I thought I required easily, but my error I ordered the wrong size. Delivery was quick and packaging sufficient the only difficulty I had was getting the returns number. I had to phone to get this. Instructions to return were clear.”

“Service excellent from price and delivery point of view, however the packaging needs to be looked at as the first delivery was completely broken and the second replacement delivery had some damage. There were sufficient unbroken items to satisfy the order.”
