“The service was excellent- Delivery was speedy however the product purchased was of poor quality and I had to contact customer services to get a replacement which was also delivered on time. Customer services accepted my verbal advice that the product supplied was faulty and did not request the return of the 2 faulty locks. Because of the problems with two of the three padlocks supplied I asked to cancel my order which was accepted and a refund of my payment was received within 2 days- I have no complaints with LYCO Servce, my only complaint is with the product purchased”

“Helpful sales assistant on the telephone. Product suggested is exactly what we required. Excellent service as it arrived the next day and was installed by us the day after. One suggestion to the manufacturer of the product - please make the diagrams of the fitting instructions a little larger.”
