“Customer support were very helpful when I mistakenly entered the wrong postcode. Be wary of the auto fill for the address. They quickly and efficiently sorted out the problem with FedEx. I did email at the time but they have a three day backlog. Perhaps reading all emails and then prioritising those that need action would be an idea. Overall very good service.”
