Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the shortage and subsequent price rises in the Phosphor required to make these fluorescent and CFL lamps prices are rising across this sector. Most lighting manufacturers have been forced to relook at pricing on these items and may have to do so again in the near future should the situation not improve. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

Our sales team should be able to answer most basic technical questions regarding our stock they also have access to the manufacturers for anything that is beyond their knowledge. “Good, reliable company with an excellent range of products. The only criticism I have is that shipping charges on small orders are too high.”

The service we recieve from the carrier has been unequalled both in reliability and care of the delicate items we supply and we believe worth paying a little extra for. I hope you agree.
