“Have not yet tested the light bulbs but a little concerned that you used an unnecessarily very large cardboard box for just 3 light bulbs that had totally ineffective packing protection (3 small pieces of bubble wrap), and that the cardboard box was not sealed so it could be easily opened by anyone transit.”

“My customer service was excellent and the light bulbs came the following day which was great. However from the picture it looked like I was purchasing expensive light bulbs which is what I wanted just the light bulbs. When the parcel came it had all the fittings in as well? I already have those so these are surplace to requirements. Do I have to purchase the whole thing when I need to replace the bulbs? The light bulbs are proving harder and harder to get hold of!!”

I am very sorry you had difficulties with one of the items on your order. It is disappointing we were not given the opportunity to resolve matters, only being advised after you felt it was necessary to modify the fitting. We advise all customers who email us there may be a delay with our response and you seem to have misinterpreted that as us not making any endeavourto assist you. We respond to each email chronologically in order to be fair to all our customers and yourquery would have been dealt with in a timely manner as per our service level agreement set out in the automated response you received. I understand you describe the issue as "small" and now resolved however as per process our Technical Manager will be in touch to discuss the problem encountered and any other queries you may have. We work very hard to provide customer service excellence and I am sorry that on this occasion you believe we have fallen short in some way.

“Look superb, match in well with bi-fold doors just fitted. Great quality and were despatched very quickly. I would recommend this company. Also the electrician dropped and smashed the glass on the end of one of the lights. They were extremely helpful and sent out the glass the next day after request for no extra charge - very happy with the service and product.”

“lights arrived promptly when ordered but when opened they were slightly damaged. As we needed to use these at time of opening we had no other option than to use the damaged lights.”
