“Easy to order, very quick delivery and helpline very helpful when I realised one of my items was too big for purpose (my error). Easy to arrange return collection from home. However, I waited in for collection but no one called - frustrating when not given specific time slot”

“10 of the original 20 light bulbs were not as ordered -----a mistake very easily made under the particular circumstances---- but a phone call to the Customer Service Team was dealt with graciously and speedily----- replacements arriving in double quick time ! Would not hesitate to use Lyco again.”
