“This is the first time I have used Lyco. Unfortunately I have not received my products as they have been delivered to the wrong location. However when I inquired about this I was dealt with very efficiently, and the person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful”

“Ok, product as described, delivered promptly, but to wrong address. I asked for it to be delivered to my work but it came to my home. Luckily, someone was there to receive it. Seems pointless asking if you want a different delivery address to the billing address, if it still gets delivered to the latter!”
