“Light I bought was ok so far, could have come with a cable so will now go and buy some. Time consuming. The service is ok if impersonal. Who uses Hermes must be mad or lucky in my experience.”

“Delivery of a light fitting within 2 days of ordering....on a Sunday....was excellent. The product and price both very good and as described on line. I am extremely happy with the product and service.......with one small exception. The fitting instructions were poor and would be very difficult to understand without a good deal of electrical knowledge.”

“I bought two of the 45W eco LED battens for the garage to replace fluorescent lights and incandescents bulbs. Even at 4000+ lumens, I wasn't sure they'd be bright enough. They are bright, I completed the set up with two more. It's like four light sabres in the rafters. And even at 3 - 5 days delivery they were here in two days. Good service.”

I am sorry you appear to be disappointed. Your order was dispatched yesterday (5th August) and will be delivered tomorrow.
