“This time I thought the service poor. The light did not come when the invoice said it would. I had to phone to find out when it would arrive and found out it was just coming into stock on the day I phoned. It was sent outnext day, but my electrician could not put it up because there was no plate to hang it from. I phoned again to be told it does not come with a hanging bracket and that I would be receive a phonecall to let me know when the part would be in. I am still waiting. I got the part at B and Q. I think it should have said that this part had to be ordered separately.”
