“The ordering and delivery were speedy and efficient - however, when I opened the parcel, I discovered that instead of "daylight" bulbs, I had been sent "cold white" which I do not want. I telephoned your office and spoke to a helpful lady, who promised to resolve the problem and arrange for the correct order to be despatched. Nothing has happened so far. The bulbs I received are unopened and awaiting collection. Michael Wells”
