I am sorry you are unhappy with the light you purchased I have checked the item in question and can confirm the manufacturer gives 5 ways for the mounting bracket to hold the light fitting in position. The bracket should be mounted and fixed in the position required then the light fiting offered up and the fixings tightened if adjustment is needed the process should be followed in reverse and then tightened up again in the correct position. “Lyco itself was excellent. The couriers were a pain. Claimed to have attempted delivery on the first day and left a card, but no card had been left. Card left 2nd day and I decided to go and collect. Got a message left on my phone from Lyco customer services 3/4 days later saying that couriers had my item and were going to send it back, but I'd already picked it up!”

Please accept my apologies for the confusion with your collection of the parcel. We contacted you on receipt of our Fedex daily report to see if we could resend the goods rather than them being returned but the Fedex depot you collected from had not updated the notes to say this had been collected. We have taken this up with Fedex and hope this has not soured your experience of purchasing from us, we greatly appreciate your custom.
