“It's easy to order and it arrives quickly, but I have found that if someone gives me a bulb and asks me to order more of them I very often can't find anything on the website that says the same as what's on the bulb.”

“i was researching the website for replacements for incandescent bulbs when i came across the g9 halogen adaptor, bulb and cover and ordered 2 of each. I thought the covers would make the assemblies look like the decorative golf ball bulbs i was replacing but was disappointed they were so small (45mm dia ). It only became obvious to me a bigger size ( 95mm dia ) was available when i saw this on the box. It may well have been made clear enough on the site and i screwed up so please check . Does the 95mm cover definitely fit the g9 adaptor as it does not look like it on the box ? Regards.”

Mr Sharp I am sorry that you were not able to clearly see the full range of Adaptors and covers, there are 2 ways to search on our website, 1 is to put the product description that you are looking for into the search bar. When I put G9 Adaptor in our search bar the full listing of adaptors and range of covers displayed on the page below. The other way is to click on Light Bulbs and look for the category, in this instance G9 Adaptors and Covers will return a full list of the products you were looking for. A standard golf ball which is the smallest lamp is 45 mm, the next size is a gls bulb which is 50 mm and then the largest lamp is the globe which is 95 mm. When you spoke to Louise in Customer Services she did bring a globe cover into the office and put in on an adaptor just to be sure and I can confirm that all of the covers in our range fit the same adaptor, they are a great alternative if you want to keep the traditional look and reduce your energy costs.
