“Web site description was out of step with the actual stock item. Lyco had retained the same Stock Number for a different ( alternative ) item, so what I received was not what I ordered. However, their corrective action was good.”

“Been a customer for many years. Great prices, very speedy service. Have recommended to lots of friends and colleagues. Only think Id say to improve is sometimes when the box arrives the smaller little lamps are not well protected . Lots of packing material in box but little bulbs are loose. They always replace faulty or incorrest products without quibble”
