“Service was extremely fast, almost too fast, I missed an item off my order and rang back a couple of hours later and was told it had been dispatched.Thankfully they managed to add the other item and my full order arrived early the next day. I will certainly use this company again.”

“We ordered a large quantity which had to be split into two orders, with one on back order. The first order arrived really quickly but we are still awaiting the second order, almost two weeks after delivery. While we were impressed with the speed of the first delivery, we were disappointed that the second didn't arrive by the projected date and we had no contact from Lyco.”

Having checked with our carriers FedEx, the balance of your order was delivered on 17th August at 10:36. I have passed on the information regarding the signatory to your colleague. We dispatched the balance of the order as promised however it would appear that the signatory did not pass on the information that the order had indeed arrived with you.
