“Ordered on line on a Tuesday and told delivery would be on Friday, delivery arrived on the Thursday when I was out so missed it. Phoned FedEx and they redelivered on Friday morning.”

“Fan was due to be delivered 5 August but did not arrive. left it for a few days then contacted Lyco. Fan was delayed and they should have sent me an email to let me know. Was told fan was due in on 11 August to be delivered on 12th followed by a confirmation email. Fan arrived a day early so happy with the service and would use the company again”

“Overall, a fairly pleasing experience - the website is fine, though sometimes the price is not shown when you go back into the page. No hassle with ordering and paying and the next day delivery charge costs less than many. Mostly my fault but I hadn't noticed until payment that the price was shown 'ex vat' which obviously looked cheaper than other companies. It was only when I looked again today that I noticed the 'little buttons' to select price with or without VAT. Bigger buttons or more obvious pricing would be good.”
