“Lyco are an excellent company and I have ordered from them quite a few times before and always had great service. This time I paid for a Saturday delivery slot when I placed an order before the Friday same-day-dispatch deadline. No Saturday delivery. Sally and Lucy were great at sorting things out and I finally received my goods on the Tuesday. This is I believe a one-off and is not normally the service you receive from Lyco.<br>”

“website and order process was easy to follow. tubes arrived within 24 hrs. one worked fine, others yet to be tested. only one snag-----tubes grossly over packaged in a large box and a mass of shredded corrugated cardboard wrap. sure you want to avaoid breakages but there must be a lower volume solution for such relatively low value items.”
