“In this instance, as usual, good quality product, rapid and efficient delivery. Bit disappointed with an earlier request for help in identifying a battery - no response and, on a second request for help, still no response. I emphasise however, that the quality and normal service is first class.”

“I like there website because it is ease to navigate. The products are extremly good quality and above all value for money. Deliveries are fast and securely packaged as well as competitive postage costs.”

“Ordering on-line is straightforward however, on the last two occasions that I have ordered fluorescent tubes a great number have arrived shattered. Although replacements arrived next day I was asked to dispose of the broken ones myself. Whilst we have a 'doom'box for our old tubes, we do have to pay for it, therefore it seems a little unfair that the broken items are not uplifted by Lyco. On the whole though the service we receive is very good.”

“I am impressed with the ease of use of their site and the speed of response. I sometimes find that their range of lights, fittings, accessories and spare parts is limited. if they have got what I need great, but I do sometimes have to go elsewhere for items that are not held in stock.<br>”
