“Good quick purchase. Not so sure about the quality of the products eg one candle LED bulb failing after a few moths. Another still going strong. Other sporadic failures of "energy saving bulbs" Have started labeling bulbs when installed The replacement purchsed below (18W screw) is to replace a similar one failed after approx 3000 hours”

Mr Fisher thank you for leaving your feedback, we do take all feedback seriously and use it to improve our service and products in the future. We will look into the returns rate of products that customers complain about and if the returns rate is at an unacceptable level we will speak with the manufacturer to get the problem resolved. All of our products come with a warranty to please contact our Customer Services department in the future and they will be more than happy to offer a replacement should the item fail within the warranty period. “on the whole good , they need to be more proactive on their web site eg I ordera festoon but it was not clear that it did'nt come with bulbs yet the picture shows it complete.”
