“This was my first purchase from Lyco. I have only marked it as good because my second purchase a week later was of LED T8 Tubes which were poorly packed. It was lucky they didn't suffer damage in transit. The two different LED 2D replacement lamps I ordered arrived quickly. I got different ones to see which I preferred. Both seem OK though I think the Kosnic one is better. The GE one is OK and uses less power but is not quite as bright. One point I did note is that the instructions with them were rather poor but that is down to the makers not Lyco.”

“Delivery charges relatively high. Requiring a signature on delivery may be a challenge. Why not offer facility to leave parcel in safe place?”

“I certainly would buy from this company again. They were so helpful when I telephoned with a query before I ordered. I was kept informed of progress of my order and even the hour of delivery - unbelievably the electric fan arrived within the hour window promised. Also I am very pleased with my purchase and am now ready for the next heat wave!”
