“Excellent overall service with good customer service. Ordered item on internet at 4.40pm on the Tuesday, arrived by 9.45am on the Wednesday - thats some carrier service. When opened found the goods damaged, not fault of Lyco or carrier (all packaging in good order, had obviously been packed damaged by the manufacturer). Quick phone call to customer services to explain problem. Said another would be despatched immediatley and an email with RT number and returns address would be sent to me. All done as said. Returns collected 9.30am following morning (Thursday) and replacement good s arrived by 4.30pm sameday. Item fitted saturday as promised!! Will definitely use again”

“The service was quite outstanding.I ordered (the 13 fireglow light bulbs) quite late on one afternoon and they were delivered intact the next day ! I have mobility issues and even IF I knew that there was somewhere they could be purchased locally (given that they are not modern energy-efficient bulbs) I would still have the challenge of getting to and from the outlet.Ordering online through Lyco was just so easy and well worth the additional delivery charge (and which in any case was far less than the taxi fares I would have otherwise incurred !)”

“Your service was excellent. You kept me informed all the way through. It all arrived in tact and when you said. The only negative was that I found the product cheaper elsewhere after I had placed the order!”

“Everything went smoothly from ordering online until receipt of the product. Only downside was the size of the packaging for such a small item and being charged for such a large package when it probably could have been sent by normal 1st class post.”

“Very businesslike and fulfil their orders very quickly. I don't know why they bother automatically to send invoices through the post to a private buyer when items have been paid for by card - all they need to do is to ask the buyer to tick a box if he wants one, and if not they'd save the postage!”
