“paypal had selected my old address for delivery and when I emediately phoned your customer help they told me to ring back as the order had not yet shown on her system. Tried several times to get through but only got a recorded message. when I did manage to get through I was told that it was to late as the order had now been procesed. My order was the n delivered some 72miles away to my old address and I still have not managed to pick it up from the new owners of my house,”

“Delivery company Hermes, faked signature and said package had been delivered: it hadn't. One email to Lyco and they rang me back and really got my parcel delivered that day. Excellent customer service.”

“I've chased a number of times to find out what has happened to the lights I ordered at the beginning of December. Apparently they have been sent out now with two carriers and I haven't eveb had an acknowledgement from the delivery companies to say they have an order. I don't trust this is even a real company now. I wouldn't buy with them again.”
