“Delivery company Hermes, faked signature and said package had been delivered: it hadn't. One email to Lyco and they rang me back and really got my parcel delivered that day. Excellent customer service.”

“I've chased a number of times to find out what has happened to the lights I ordered at the beginning of December. Apparently they have been sent out now with two carriers and I haven't eveb had an acknowledgement from the delivery companies to say they have an order. I don't trust this is even a real company now. I wouldn't buy with them again.”

“You have a 5 star rating from me for the service received, packaging and carrier were good as was the fast delivery from ordering. I chose Lyco as I had used this company before to supply 5 Eterna Fluorescent IP 65 fittings 2 single fittings and 3 double fittings but this order was a replacement for 1 of the single fittings that stopped working after only 16 months. The replacement chosen was a double fitting because the other 3 double fittings are all still working but Eterna single fittings do not seem to be very reliable. The fitting that stopped working was fitted inside a brick outbuilding and had only been used a dozen or so times since fitted so very disappointed with the quality of this particular product.”

“the customer service team are a credit to the company. I was helped initially to make my purchase as the stock had to be ordered in. when one of the lights was fitted by my electrician there was a problem but it was no issue to Lyco. A new replacement light has been reserved for me pending the return of the faulty light and pick up arranged to collect the old one from my home. Thats what I all service! she was also interested in my comments on how good I have found the other new lighting I purchased recently for my art studio. I will happily recommend your company to my contacts.”
