Second time of ordering lights, although I had to wait a long time for lights(out of stock) Well worth the wait as they look great.

Carrier service rubbish payed for my delivery and still can’t be bothered to think and find my address, taking false location pictures as proof of delivery attempt is unacceptable.

All our prices are inclusive of VAT on our website so the price a customer sees is the price the customer pays. VAT is charged as per HM Customs and Excise Regulations. Not quite sure why this is raised in your post. Our delivery charges are set out clearly on our website also and a breakdown shown at the checkout for customers to review prior to completing a transaction. The Customer Care Team

Delivery for my led batten light was really quick but unfortunately the unit was faulty and didn’t work. Still awaiting response from Lyco as they say it’s a non returnable item. I’m sure they will get around to rectify the issue

Thank you for getting in touch. No item is a "non returnable" item if faulty so I think there has been a misunderstanding. The item cannot be returned via our portal due to its dimensions, that is the explanation - the customer care team need to arrange the collection directly. The service I received, from the first telephone enquiry through to my receiving my order was first class. It was under 24 hours from first asking about a product to fitting it in the lamp was an example of what can be achieved by a well-run company like Lyco. The phone answered promptly, with dispatch, and invoice just as quickly.

I always say that the quality of an organization is measured not by whether things go wrong (because sometimes they do), but what they do to put it right. I bought a pack of 5 LED bulbs from Lyco for my kitchen strip light and they arrived on time. Unfortunately one flickered badly and I just told them about it. The next morning a courier turned up with another five bulbs. Amazing. And then a follow up email to ensure I was happy, No fuss just great customer service. Why cant all companies be like this???
