All our prices are inclusive of VAT on our website so the price a customer sees is the price the customer pays. VAT is charged as per HM Customs and Excise Regulations. Not quite sure why this is raised in your post. Our delivery charges are set out clearly on our website also and a breakdown shown at the checkout for customers to review prior to completing a transaction. The Customer Care Team

“Delivery for my led batten light was really quick but unfortunately the unit was faulty and didn’t work. Still awaiting response from Lyco as they say it’s a non returnable item. I’m sure they will get around to rectify the issue”

Thank you for getting in touch. No item is a "non returnable" item if faulty so I think there has been a misunderstanding. The item cannot be returned via our portal due to its dimensions, that is the explanation - the customer care team need to arrange the collection directly.
