“product looks good but arrived in damaged packaging. I thought it was all there until I came to put them up today - I then realized that one of the latching clips had been dislodged in transit and was missing. I will be emailing Lyco tomorrow. Unusual for them their packaging is usually excellent - almost over the top but it is fragile goods! Iain Stevenson”

“The transaction was good until the last bit. The deliverer let you down. I was on the point of contacting you as I had not received the product several days after your email telling me it was on its way. It eventually transpired that the parcel had been left with a neighbour who had kept missing me to pass on. The error was that there was no card through the door to let me know that it had been left next door. I did give instructions on the order that the parcel could be left in the cupboard but perhaps you had to have a signature which you could get from the neighbour not a from a cupboard. However, a notice telling me where it was should have been put through the letter box. All other transporters do so.”
