“Very happy with the product but extremely disappointed that I only received 4 of the 9 ordered despite paying for express delivery, apparently I will have to wait 3 weeks for the balance of my order. (express delivery fee has been refunded but I will still have to pay for a 2nd visit for the electrician to fit!!)”

“Ordered this lighting unit to replace a faulty LED downlight by another brand. The original seems to have been discontinued. Fits correctly into the opening but slightly different tone of colour. I intend to order more to replace the other downlights to give a uniform appearance.”

“I can't comment as the delivery company managed to send half the order to the wrong depot. Should have been delivered today05/05/23 but the rest of it not being delivered until 09/05/23. Very annoying as I wanted it today”
