“The fluorescent tubes were damaged by the courier but Lyco sent out a replacement the very next day without quibbling.”

“Fine except received an email to say product out of stock. I phoned to query this as I would not have gone with Feefo if this was known before I ordered. I then received an email to say the out-of-stock email had been sent in error. Received lamp immediately which was pleasing.”
