“Unfortunately the products didn't work so I called them to discuss it and the view was it was probably the LED unit rather than the transformer so they immediately sent a replacement LED. Things still didn't work so I called them again and, as the cause was clearly the transformer, they immediately sent a replacement, All is now well and, of course, some parts are faulty but the service from Lyco was just fantastic and i will be using them again.”
