“The delivery was prompt and the process efficient, no problem. However I was horrified that such a small product was packaged in a box measuring 12inch x 9 inch 6 inch. Completely over the top, bad for the environment, and it is of course the customer who pays the cost for the waste. I'll be happy to use Lyco again, but if I receive packages like this again I'll switch to one of the many other suppliers available.”

“Generally very good, only minor problems. One page of the website gave prices with and another without VAT which caused unnecessary confusion. Prices given should always be the price you have to pay.”
