“Order placed for four items on 15/07/19. Advised one item on back order, the other three items dispatched. Delivery took place 19/07/19 but only two items notwithstanding the despatch note showing three. Immediately notified shortage but got no reply. Notified again21/7/19 and the response advised they would check with the warehouse and respond within a few hours. Despite a further e-mail still no response and this is the30/07/19. Can confirm however the back order was delivered on time.”
