Thank you for your feedback. Our standard delivery is, as stated in the text beside each image, "next working day" which is the accepted term for Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday are delivered the following Monday or if the customer wishes, before noon on Saturday for an additional charge. We receive many positive comments regarding the promptness and efficiency of our delivery service which can be read on this very forum. I am sorry that you appeared to have such difficulty with installation. This is not an experience that other customers have reported however we will of course pass your comments on to our supplier. “Fantastic service. Ordered item Monday evening it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. I spent hours searching well know shopping sites for this item when I came across lyco, best find ever as I was able to purchase 2 for less than the price of one on Amazon. Will definatly use Lyco again and will recommend to everyone.”

Delighted you are so happy with your products. These striplights are extremely popular being a very simple method of providing extra illumination in the kitchen by fitting under the cabinets. “Service always very good and prompt. The amount of packaging is large by comparison to the size of the goods, so that provides excellent protection, however could this be reduced to aid protection of the environment?”
