“The initial ordering process went well and the delivery was the next day as committed, although there was a technical issue with the Fedex system so tracking was not possible. When the units arrived 1 was faulty, However and this is important, the way that Lyco reacted to resolve the issues was impressive.”

“Delivery within just 18 hours. Carrier had broken the light tube first time round (not Lyco's fault), but after a quick phone call another arrived early the following morning. Customer service lady really helpful, and completely no fuss service without requiring return of initial damaged delivery.”
