Hi Christine I am sorry you had an issue with your order; we sell a large number of the Lysse leggings and haven't had any other problems reported, we will however raise it with Lysee so they are aware. Never received the merchandise that I ordered over 3 weeks ago ... very disappointed .. never received an update as to the delivery date or any notification that the merchandise would be late - will not order from this company again .

Dear Frank Thank you for your message. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the service. Your order was placed on December 12th and was dispatched on December 13th which is just over two weeks ago. Packages to the United States that are sent with our tracked mail service do take about 3 weeks at this time of year. We do offer an expedited shipping upgrade. You should have received an email update with the tracking details as this is automated from our system. I trust you will receive the package shortly as the tracking shows that it has arrived in New York. Kind regards Stephen

Misleading advertising! I chose this site to get 10% off 3 pair of Wolford expensive hold-ups as it was my first order. However when I came to pay the discount wasn't given. When I mentioned this to them they said I had to sign up to receive their newsletter - however this was never mentioned at time of purchase. Will never use this company again. No integrity!!

Next day delivery? I ordered a week ago and my product has still not arrived. I was in on the arranged delivery day - no card no delivery. I received an email from SKY NET with a number to ring - no answer after 20 or more attempts. I emailed and received a call from a different number and was told my item would arrive today. I've even taken the day off work but I just rang Sky Net and they've forgotten me -again. The customer service I received was less than impressive. Other delivery companies have local collection points for convenience but not SKY NET. Please offer your customers an alternative delivery route - Royal Mail for example.

If you could call us (020 8732 5445) we can take your order over the phone and apply the code or you can order over the website and we will refund the 10%. Hi Paula I am sorry that our delivery service let you down. This is very unusual. I have checked the tracking and can clearly see that it states that the goods were out for delivery the day after you ordered them but were not actually delivered for a week. We will refund the £5 that you paid for a next day service and apologise that we fell below our usual high standards. Kind regards Stephen

Dear Ryan Thank you for leaving the review. I am sorry that you did not receive your package. Unfortunately 'UK Mainland' was selected instead of 'Northern Ireland' during the checkout process and this meant the package was sent with the wrong courier.
