Paid extra for a special delivery and the parcel arrived late. Second time this has happened - rip off! Why offer a service which cannit be fulfilled!

The order has been booked for a Saturday service, unfortunately, DHL failed to deliver it on time which is very unusual for them. We apologize on their behalf and we will refund the full delivery charges, it is not our intention to rip anybody off.

The sizing was very poor came up very small. The actual shapewear looked very good and well made but could barely get them above my knees and I ordered the right size according to the sizing chart.

Service is dreadful!! They sent me the wrong items I sent them back at my own cost ! No cost for postage or reimbursement was offered

We were in permanent communication with the customer, we have asked the customer for a postal receipt to enable us to issue the refund , we are still waiting on this to be sent over.

My order never arrived. When I emailed them they said there had been a stock control problem, but I received no information about this while I was waiting for my order. Disappointing.

Due to a stock error the product was not available straightaway, the stock would have been delivered within 2- 3 working days and the customer has been kept updated with regards the delivery times.

We have a wide range of products available on the website which sometimes makes it difficult to choose from , we always advise our customers to get in touch for help with choosing the right piece of shapewear if unsure of the size or fit.

Poor customer service. Worst refund process I've ever experienced. I would not recommend and will definitely not use again. The products and brands available on this website are available from a wide range of other retailers, I would recommend that you use one of them instead

I bought a body shaper which bore no resemblance t o the measurements I expected. I returned the item immediately,several weeks ago. which was acknowledged and a refund promised. I am still waiting for the refund. Patricia Frost.

There were some delays with certain international destinations last week however this is being looked into by the courier and we are in permanent touch with the customer with regards this delivery. Luuxry Legs

Bought a pair of Spanx maternity leggings. After roughly a week of light use (I am 7 months pregnant), the groin wore through leaving a gaping hole. I contacted luxury leggings and was asked to return said item for inspection. I did so, only to be told they couldn’t be refunded as there were ‘signs of wear’ on the garment. They developed a hole after a week for goodness sake! £100 down the drain. Will not use this company again.

Any issues regarding any possible manufacturer faults are dealt with quickly and efficiently .We were in touch with the customer and once the leggings were carefully inspected ,a replacement pair was sent out .

terrible. they sent the wrong size spanx tights, not what i ordered, and i did not notice in time to change them before the event i was attending.

Our orders are only sent out once they have gone through a thorough checking procedure and mistakes are rare but can be made.This is straightforward to rectify especially if the customer notifies us once the order arrives.

They didn't even label my package correctly and only corrected it when I emailed them a week later. Despite me asking for a refund they still sent the product out that I don't even want, which I still haven't received a delivery notification for despite their assurances that it would come today?!

Given this is anonymous we cannot investigate the exact customer, however, we had some scanning issues with Hermes and had to recall some orders and re-ship them. This led to some delays but all customers were kept informed. Customer service and satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.

I still have not received my order after nearly 5 weeks since placing the order and the international tracking service linked to the order is useless. I have no idea where it is.

Due to issues at the borders along with Covid 19, the couriers are experiencing some international delays and would ask that you allow longer for the goods to move through the network. Ordered medium 12/14 and they are tiny. Very disappointed. Although quality is really good 😌
