Was expecting them to be much more sturdy and form fitting for the price. material is very thin.

No order confirmation email or anything. I found an email address online and contacted them to check on the order and I did get a response and apology for the delayed shipment. However, the product arrived in a beaten box, folding the edges of my tights within their packages as it was just crushed together. I spent a fair bit here and to receive the order like this is a really bad experience and makes me doubt the quality of the brand

This international order has been placed through our partner Glopal and reached the customer within the time frame who has been constantly updated with the status of this shipment. The parcel has left our premises in pristine conditions and beautifufly packed .We are in communication with them in regards the way the parcel has been handled and passed our customer feedback onto their customer care team .

Re customer service, perfect with purchase online but only 2 stars I’m afraid regarding ‘return’ which seems not as swift. Despite a prompt safe return, it was ages before receipt acknowledge and I’m still waiting for my refund which I feel is too long.

Ordered Spanx luxe leg high waisted 60 den tights and really disappointed with the quality. I think the suggested size guide isn’t correct, as ordered medium size 3 and they weren’t tight enough to hold me in whatsoever. They accentuated my tummy rather than pulling it in and the leg fitting was not tight either, they didn’t sculpt at all. Also, colour not black enough. Marks & Primark are better!

We aim to deal with our exchanges same da , the 2 pairs exchanged were sent back to customer on a Next Day service , they should be arrive within the next 24 hours.

It was difficult trying to communicate with your company. I ordered a large size garment, and you sent extra large. I had to wait a long time to get the right size. Having placed my order, your website made it even more difficult to come out of it, unless I supplied my email address. I did and I am now being plagued with junk mail. If they don’t cease, I will always a formal complaint, as you are breaching data protection rules by giving giving my email address to other companies. Please stop sending me junk mail, that I have not requested from you!!!! I hope I will never have to make a purchase from you again.

The correct item has been sent out , customer ordered the wrong size in error. During the checkout customer choose to sign to our newsletter therefore she was receiving our marketing emails. We have removed her email from our database as per her request.

I bought these hoping they would do the job. Expensive and not worth the money, I have actually bought Spanx shapewear it is a millions times better.

I returned my order on 27 March via Royal Mail and still have not heard from you with my refund. £238 - not acceptable

Unfortunately we have no control over Royal mail parcels in transit, sometimes orders are taking a bit longer to get returned to our office. We were communicating with the customer and this order has been refunded.

Due to postal strikes I still have not received my order so I am not able to review it. I spoke to somebody on the phone from your company last week and explained that I will be returning my order as I needed it for a wedding last week and now I still haven’t got it I will send it back. I know this is of no fault of yours, it is be due to the issues with Royal Mail

Gorgeous quality and fast delivery. Unfortunately not true to size ! Had to send them back and the XL was out of stock! I am a size 12 so don’t really think I should be a XL

I have bought lots of n&willow trousers before so love them - however these are definitely not the size they say they are - very small cut. so will not be ordering again

I paid £7 to have my order delivered on a specific day because I need it for a wedding, the order never showed up On this day, when I emailed luxury legs I was informed that I would be refunded my postage due to this, but I never received the refund

We had been in communication with the customer with regards to this delayed delivery and a refund has been processed, however, it does take around 2-3 days for the refund to show into the account.

Their website does not seem to work properly all the time. I was initially unable to order my items, as it did not allow me to choose a date for delivery. Annoying to say the least. In this day in age, there is simply no excuse to have a working website.

Very disappointed, for such a thin leggings, most probably will wear once and they will get ripped, won’t buy again not worth £29!
