This International order has been placed as a standard service which can take a bit longer to get delivered to Mauritius. Sometimes once the orders reach their country destinations it is beyond our control on any investigations. As soon as the courier confirmed this as a lost order it has been refunded in full.

Poor customer service very very slow to process refunds. Will probably have to resort to obtaining a refund via my credit card company at this rate.

Unfortunately we are running a little late on issuing refunds due to the busy post -Christmas holidays and the postal strikes occured around the festive period. We are trying our best to catch up with this within the next couple of days. Your patience is much appreciated.

I bought my wife a pair of stockings for Christmas having given her exact measurements, she is normally a small. The pair that arrived were a 9.5 whatever that means, they were well over a foot too long and of course my wife did not wear. They have now been returned claiming wear and tear, which is utter rubbish. I will now claim back from the credit card as a matter of principal. Appalling!

We are sorry to hear that this order has not arrived yet. According to the tracking number this order it's in transit to the destination country. Please also bear in mind that at this time of the year there is an increase volume of parcels. They are currently working through the backlog and parcels are moving through the system and being delivered, please also bear in mind that at this time of the year there is also an increase volume of parcels. Customer never been in touch with regards this delivery. According to the tracking number Royal Mail attempted a few times to deliver this order however none in , we have rescheduled this delivery for tomorrow.We are keeping an eye on this delivery.

Item shown as delivered. I was not in so it was probably left at the flat entrance and lost or stolen, I’ve not received my item. I emailed them still waiting for them to sort it out. I needed the leggings by the end of the month. Either resend or refund, it was not a cheap item! I won’t be using this website anymore. Don’t recommend.

According to the international tracking number this order it's making its way to the delivery address and it is in the process of custom clearance, unfortunately with the international order is very difficult for us to get an estimated delivery time , however we believe that this should be with the customer within the next 3-5 working days.

Our refunds can take up to 10 working days , if the delay is beyond this time we always advise to check with the card provider as the delay could be on their side. Please contact us with your order number and we can look into.

Normally love Lux Legs they are such good quality but if you're going for the leather leggings then go up at least two sizes - very little stretch in them.

I have yet to receive my parcel and it’s past the function I needed it for so I will be returning it when it arrives Your carriers keep sending me emails to say it’s ready to pick up but when I track it they have been unable to deliver to the parcel shop! Very frustrating

I used to love this site but now they have partnered with Glopal to service my area (Australia) and there’s next to no shipping information and it is sooooo slow. Rubbish now.

Awful customer service and returns process. They not only charge a delivery fee but also charge you a returns fee. Very difficult getting a refund from them

Placed an order on Friday to receive on the Monday as I was due to go on holiday on the Tuesday, parcel never arrived and tracking had no information showing. Emailed customer support to be told deliveries take 3-4 days to arrive , regardless of what the internet states or what amount if postage you pay! Con they advertise and charge fast delivery options but can’t fulfill! False advertising!!! Now I am away for two weeks and the store will hold my parcel for 10 days before returning it so I won’t receive a refund for over two weeks! Appalling service, I’ll stick with large retailers in future who can fulfill their promises. Store stated it was an error online as they cannot deliver that quickly however I’ve checked again and yes they certainly offer a next day delivery service!

This order has been placed as a click and collect order, which is a 2-3 working day service, not a next day. We have been in touch with the customer and assured her that this will be refunded as soon as we have the confirmation of the parcel being returned back to us. Whilst we do offer a next day service, which proves to be very reliable , in this instance the customer has not opted for this service. We do our best to ensure delivery information is clear on our website, and to keep customers updated with their order journey.

Awful customer service and returns process. I booked a collection with Royal Mail and paid for this but postman didn't bring returns label with him and couldn't see anywhere on Royal Mail website where to print label and it wasn't emailed to me. When I checked out the website clearly stated the postman would bring the label with him but he didn't. He took the parcel anyway and stuck a return to sender label on it. They still haven't received this parcel back 8 working days later and I have no receipt or tracking number for it. Luxury Legs refuse to give me a refund for it. Luxury Legs charge you to deliver items and charge you to return items - they deduct this from your refund. So no freepost delivery and no free returns. AVOID!

We have had lengthy communication with this customer and have done all we can to help. Unfortunately, she returned an item without following the instructions and did not apply a prepaid tracked return address label which can easily be downloaded & printed. The complaint has now been resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
