Hello! What do you think? I have been in contact with you several times during the last week because I have not recieved my items, and you have done nothing but promise to contact me, which you have not. It is very poor customer care. Send me some new tights or give me back my money.

The customer has been notified re every update we had from the courier, the tracking number shows that parcel has now been received.

Stunning, and then they easily popped a hole in the thigh pulling up..l and on the second wearing both big toes poked holes. Sadly a total waste of money ...

Price does not match quality. Plus taking 7 working days to refund my money after taking after taking 5 working days to accept my return after postage. This needs to speed up no in line with other online companies.

I paid for a quick shipping and it had to be delivered on 4th of December. It is 21st of December and I received nothing. Tracking number says it is still leaving UK and Russian tracking says the same. Should I ever get the items? Veronika

Unfortunately , due to the holiday season and international post, occasionally there is a delay. However we have been informed the package has been processed and will be with the customer in the next few days.

As a woman of average height and weight I was shocked to find they rode down my legs to my ankles repeatedly - wouldn't buy again.

have bought leggins before from luxury legs and also jeggins. Both were washed in machine and tumble dried on low. I assumed my latest purchase would be the same. The result was massive shrinkage on the legs.Now too short to wear after this first wash and dry. Unwearable. Waste of money and awful quality. will not buy again from your company.

Ordered Barolo knee night but was sent black. Sent the black back for an exchange and so far have not received anything. Not impressed.

It was our mistake sending the wrong colour, however, customer returned and the correct product was sent out .

They changed my order because of a quantity was different than the one shown in their site. After 2 weeks and I still have not received the parcel.

Very disappointed. Ordered them to go on a Yoga weekend. Arrived on the Thursday they was a snag above the knee. I notified the company, and sent a picture, they looked like they had been well worn. I thought they would send another pair, the same or next day didn't, so I wore them, they look like I have them for years, very poor quality for the price. However ending on a positive, I do love the spiral design on the legs which is why I bought them. You win some, you loose some.

I bought medium based on the size chart but found these came up big on me. I will have to keep the pair that I opened but returned the other pair. I am disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that there is a fault with your leggings which is very unusual for any brand we stock. Please send them back using the free label provided and we will replace them for you if found to be a manufacturer fault.

I usually shop online 95% of my clothes shopping. This is for convenience, stress free and cheaper prices. My experience shopping with this website is THE WORST ever! I simply couldn’t understand how a parcel could go missing and no one seem to know the whereabouts of the item when there is a scanning procedure in place? On the day I’m supposed to pick up my parcel, I wasted the whole hour waiting to find out where it is. From the pick up point (Matalan) to the courier (DPD), I was even on my mobile for a good twenty minutes in the process. I know it’s not Luxury legs fault, but the person (Dana) I spoke to initially said that she can give me my refund if I wanted to but I thought I will wait for a few days but after nearly a week of waiting and still nothing, obviously my patience is gone! I was then told I had to wait for that 5 working days investigation because my parcel is “missing”. So I told them, I do not want the item, please cancel the order and kindly process my refund. A couple of days after that, I received a text and an email reminding me not to forget to pick up my item. Clearly there is lack of communication there. I have emailed them again asking for my refund. For the record; I placed my order on the 9th March, was dispatched on the 11th. Item was supposed to be pick up on the 12th, I went to matalan to pick it up on the 13th and it was not there!!! I contacted on the same day both DPD and luxury legs as it was nowhere to be found. My husband went over the weekend (16th) to matalan to double check if it was there as both DPD and Luxury legs were insistent that it was there, again matalan is certain it is not!!! So by 18th March I contacted again Luxury legs and said, I want to cancel it as I had enough of it and it was stressing me out. I was so angry when the woman I spoke to (not Dana) said I had to wait until the investigation is finished on 20th March before they can give me my refund. On the 21st, Dana called me and said they found the parcel and it was apparently in Matalan all this time. But did I not say I want a refund? I don’t understand why these people couldn’t understand a simple instruction? I’m not surprised the parcel is missing!!! Now that they found the parcel, they still could not give me my refund because they wanted the item back before they could issue it. Seriously? And then on the 24th I had this reminder to pick up the parcel!!! That just really drive me to the edge. LUXURY LEGS improve your service!!! I’m still waiting for my refund and today’s the 26th of March. Now, tell me, is this a good service??? Absolutely not!

Sadly I won't be ordering from you again. The item I bought did not fit although I followed the online size chart and when I sent it back it took forever to receive the refund. I still haven't received it despite being informed that it has been done.

We were sorry to hear the item purchased did not fit. We do provide a free returns service allowing the customer to exchange for another size. Once the product has been received back to us the refund is processed within 7 working days.

This is one of the worst ever experience I’ve had online shopping, I shopped online 95% of my clothes, bags, and accessories. I understand most reviews here are brilliant. But mine is absolutely nightmare!!!! Ordered on the 9th March, had MULTIPLE emails on 12th March saying my parcel is ready for me to collect. Went to pick it up in allocated/chosen store (I chose this way so I won’t missed it), my parcel is nowhere to be seen. They don’t know where it is!!! How stupid is that???? With all this scanning and everything else, they don’t know where it is. I spend more than an hour in the store. They even got me involved to call the DPD courier and I was on my mobile for 20 minutes!!! Today is the 18th March, still do not have any answers as to whereabouts is my order. So I called them up to say to cancel it. And guess what they say? I had to wait 5 working days (that being 13th March) before they can cancel it because it’s under investigation. How stupid it that? It’s not my problem that these people involved here do not how to do their jobs properly. Luxury Legs you might have some nice items in your website, but all the stress and hassles it caused me to order from you is not worth it!!! You shouldn’t be in business when you don’t know how to deal with this kind of situation. I don’t usually waste my time giving negative comments but I’m sure to spend every minute that I can so I can let everyone know how bad the experience was and to avoid shopping from you.

We are surprised that this customer has left such a review. When speaking with her over the phone she was perfectly understanding of the situation which we were dealing with. Unfortunately DPD were trying to track her package and had requested 5 days to do so. We assured the customer that should they be unable to trace it she would receive a full refund. Occasionally items do get lost but it is a very rare occurrence.

I’m really disappointed in the product. I ordered the commando faux latex leggings, and they were delivered to me with a hole in the crotch. I didn’t find this out until I was getting ready and had planned to wear the leggings as part of an outfit. I’d like a refund please.
