“Cup size was way too small and I’m not big! I ordered a medium because I’m a size 12. Just didn’t really pull me in or flatter in any way. I decided I looked better without it! Sent back. Waiting for refund.”

“Great company but sizing is a massive issue. Bought some shorts for my wife and the UK size 16 wouldn’t fit a UK size 10! Really impressed with service and product but sizing makes no sense?? They’re being returned and my wife won’t even look at another size because she can’t guarantee any kind of logic in sizes. She doesn’t want to exchange 3-4 pairs trying to find the right fit.”

Spanx sizing is very accurate and self explanatory on the website , we never had any issue with that. We always advise our customers to get in touch with any sort of issues or questions so we can look and provide assistance at the time of ordering.

“Leggings were great but the after sales is very antiquated. Ordered 2 sizes so returned one pair for a refund. It’s a very long wait to get your refund and I’m still waiting after 3 weeks but have been told quite rudely it’s 14 working days to process a refund. And looks like they are going to use every one of those 14 days to keep a customer waiting for a refund.”

“If one is used to the control Spanx product provided one will find that this particular item doesn’t do that at all. Felt it ran big in size, couldn’t size down as I purchased the smallest size.”

“Easy of use 5 stars, delivery 5 stars. The reason I have only given 3 stars is the product sizing. I bought a Spanx suit yourself all in one cupped mid thigh suit which is particularly expensive, being a size 10 I bought the small as per the sizing guide - I couldn’t get my (natural D cup) chest in the suit. I was distraught given that I had an event I needed it for so it had to be modified and I had to use my own strapless bra with it, leaving my slightly annoyed.”

We emailed Rebecca to explain that unfortunately the goods were sent back over the refund time limit and as a goodwill gesture she was offered an exchange on the return ,however she was unable to pick up her email at the time. We are back in communication and dealing with her exchange as instructed.

“I have the longer version of this in black and the same size. This thing version is a lot tighter and cuts a bit around the hips/bum. I’d recommend sizing up. The thigh length version is a lot more comfortable.”

“The fit of both items was not good and I have had to return them. The shorts I got rolled down at the waist which they were sold as not doing and the body suit bra section was too small for my bust size even though I had followed the size guide and reviews”

“I had high expectations when I ordered but sadly this did not give me the look I was hoping for. It says it holds your tummy in and makes you look 10lbs lighter……. Sadly there was no firmness around the tummy area and it certainly did not make me look any slimmer. A lot of money to pay for something that does not live up to expectations. I would definitely not recommend.”

This order just it got returned back to us on the 28th of November, this will be checked by the returns department and a refund will be processed according to our terms and condition within 10 days.
