I won’t be ordering from you again . The jeans firstly that arrived weren’t anything like the photo and miles too long tho I have long legs I then had the worst time trying to send them back as I only have an I phone and could not tho tried many different ways - find the number for reference to post - it was a nightmare . I tried at one stage to send them back via Royal mail and the post office said no I couldn’t I needed whatever the code / number was and it was only Hermes !! This took two days of messing around . I then finally got through to your company and at lady the girl was helpful and had to send me a print out through the post which arrived thanks to her promptly . You should send the print out return label. There is no way I could read everything on an I phone screen as when one enlarged to read detail it became blurred . Never again - and now you tell me you finally have them and it could take ten days to refund my money Massive disappointment- I await my refund as soon as possible. Jane Ludgate

We are sorry this customer is disappointed. There are 6 images of the jeans on the website and a detailed description so I am not sure why they are not as viewed. With regards returns – we stopped sending out returns labels and forms in order to cut waste and to be environmentally friendly as only 15% are ever used. There is a clear and concise guide to returning items on the website and it really is an easy process. We are always on the end of the phone (Mon-Fri) should customers have any difficulty.

I was hoping they would alleviate my groin pain - but they were very disappointing.I felt I had wasted £40.

Returned an item about 3 weeks ago, it was delivered back to them on the 11th Jan and still no refund!

It takes 2-3 working days for a return to make its way back to us.Once we receive the product back in stock this gets checked and customer is sent an email notification letting them know that a refund will be processed within the next 10 working days as most of our staff are working from home and due to the social distancing rules this can sometimes take a bit longer however customers are kept informed about any possible delays.

Was very disappointed in purchase of Wolford Stay Ups. After one wash they fall down like Nora Batty's concertina stockings. Have pointed this out to Luxury Legs and hope to get a refund - am waiting to hear.

Terrible delivery system. My order of December 4th hasn't arrived yet, today is December 18th. Parcel tracking on GFS Courrier doesn't give any information.

I would if I could but some weeks later I have not yet received them!!! Chased several times but to no avail... next time will get them through my usual department stores. Disappointed!

Unfortunately the parcel cannot be located at the courier depot, a replacement order has been sent out and should be with the customer shortly.

We have asked the customer to send these back in order to be inspected by the manufacturer, we have asked the customer to let us know once the faulty pairs is being sent back so we can dispatch a replacement pair, still waiting to hear back from customer.

I ordered a pair of what should have been Wolford support leggings For £85. After wearing them for a day, it was apparent that they are not support leggings at all, but I cannot return them to Luxury Legs because they have been worn. There is no “contact us” click button on the web page so I can’t resolve the issue with them. I am very angry that I have paid £85 for “Support” leggings of such poor quality and can do nothing about it.

We were in touch with the courier and the parcel is it on its way, it is taking a little longer to arrive and could be processed in a different location than usual. This is to help ease delays caused by increased volumes, and restrictions in Victoria due to the current situation Delivery will be attempted as soon as possible.

Why didn’t I get a tracking number yet? It’s been almost two weeks and i still didn’t get my package or even a tracking number. Really troubling, I’m starting to think this website is a scam.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, international deliveries can take a bit longer than usual to arrive. Customer has been updated with a tracking number and a link to track the parcel and this shows the parcel is in transit to its destination.

We constantly monitor any delays with our orders and these are always communicated to the customer. Due to the current situation, sometimes orders may take longer than usual to arrive. Our couriers are currently looking into this order and we will be updating customer in due course, this has been communicated via email
