“Terrible customer service. Don't purchase from them. They add stipulations on returns after the fact. Dishonest and a terrible company to do business with. My order was over $1000 and they dishonestly kept $300 upon return of my items even through this was their mistake.”

We bent over backwards for this customer in order to resolve a situation that was totally of her own making. She refused to accept her order despite the fact we delivered on time & even offered to refund her the import duties which are not our liability. Her order is being completely refunded less shipping costs. We pride ourselves on our customer service but unfortunately nothing we could do for this customer was good enough.

“My tights laddered immediately! They are expensive tights and I have always found the same ones to be good long-term value. I am an old customer of Fogol stuff This surprised me. I don’t know if this was bad luck. But since you ask for a review this is the truth.”

We were in constant touch with the customer with regards to this delivery, the parcel got delayed however it has now been delivered.

According to the Royal Mail this order has been delivered on the 9th Of February, customer never contacted us with regards with any delivery issues in order for us to look into.

“Three years ago I bought a M size control slip which was fabulous and has lasted many years. However, I ordered the same or very similar slip and it was TINY. I didn't even attempt to try it on as it was way too small. And added insult I have still not been reimbursed for my return or even notified of the return received over 10 days ago.”

Depending on the styles, different brands come in different sizing. We do our best to advise through our size guides, however, this will depend on everyone shape. Customer has been emailed 6 days ago when this has been received back to us and the email stated that we aim to process the refund within 10 working days.

“I received a pair of Spanx jeans & after only wearing them twice, the stitching along one of the seams came apart in several places. Contacted Luxury Legs via their website but am yet to hear back from them after a considerable amount of time. Very poor.”

“Not impressed, I ordered a product and paid extra for next day delivery. Product arrived four days later with absolutely no communication from the company. I will be returning the product and expecting a refund for the delivery costs.”

Whilst we use some of the most reputable couriers for our orders there are situations when delays occur and that is beyond our control . We do our best to keep our customers updated with any delivery issues if we are aware of, however in this case customer never informed us about the delay. We have now issued a refund on the delivery charges.

“I cannot give a review on the products themselves as I didn’t try them out. I had ordered a few items for my wedding week/wedding day so paid for the next day delivery option to be sure they’d arrive in time but the items arrived a few days after the day I flew and I was already away on holiday getting married. As the Spanx items aren’t cheap I’ll just be returning straight away as I only wanted them for the wedding. I would comment on the vague info given by the delivery company used, there was no info on why it was delayed or when I should expect it. Luxury legs could maybe speak to delivery company regarding this if they are going to offer next day delivery.”
