About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“I ordered two pairs of shoes, both of which were dispatched very efficiently and arrived in a few days. However one of the pairs were not all as expected, different colour and finish to that shown on the website. I telephoned Lunar and the young lady I spoke to said she would arrange for a replacement pair to be sent but would ask that they check the shoes first. As yet I have not received the replacement (over a week later) or been informed that the shoes have actually been changed to what is depicted online. Very disappointing as I am very pleased with the other pair I ordered.”

“Arrived within a couple of days, looked like image, priced well however, gave specific details of how I wanted parcel left and delivery was exact opposite resulting in me having to find someone to force garage door open, would of been better off not putting any instructions on if going to be totally ignored”

“I find them small in size. Ordered the size 8 and have had to give them to my mum. Last year I was able to order a size 9 but this option was not available. Disappointed as I love my pairs I bought last year However delivery was quick”

“Quick delivery of boots ordered, which I was pleased about. On the downside the boots were too big and had to be returned which ended up being a costly experience for me. Having paid £3.50 delivery, I then had to pay £5.99 to return them, so not very happy about having forked out £9.49 for nothing. Because of this I would be reluctant to order footwear on-line from Lunar again, especially as other retailers offer free returns. Also, it would be helpful if the length of boots was included in the description. The reason I returned the boots was because the leg length was too long. I would have thought the length would be in proportion to the shoe size as most people who take a size 4 tend to be on the small side, but the boots I ordered were obviously made for much taller people.”

“Love these sandles so much bought 3 pairs for this year! Note of caution on sizing: I am a very average size 6 but in these sandles need a size 7. I would have rated as very good were it not for the painful delivery arrangements: DPD attempted delivery twice when I was out. They then took the parcel to the 'nearest' DPD delivery point which is half an hour's drive away. I duly went to collect having recieved the email advising ready to collect but the parcel hadn't yet arrived! So I had to make this hour long round trip again a couple of days later. Puts me off ordering again :(”

“I sent the boots back as they were too tight. I normally need a size 7 and these to me felt more like a size 6. I am awaiting for an exchange to a size 8. Hopefully they will fit. I have bought a few pairs if Lunar shoes locally and they were size 7 and fitted perfect.”

“Shoes arrived very quickly after ordering - they are slightly too small but I have already worn them so cannot return. I will just wear them with socks for a day to stretch them a little”
