“I bought 2 x lights on 2 separate occasions benefit of doubt the first order parts missing! the lid has 4 retaining nuts to secure it only 3 supplied in a sealed bag so can’t say it fell out and on both lights in sealed separate boxes someone can’t count! The second order the same occurred 1 missing nut on both lights!! and the nut that holds the finial on was missing! i siliconed it on! Both orders parts missing? bit more than a coincidence - i think quality check needs some extra training, so i won’t need my £5 voucher off next order as won’t be placing one.”

“Customer service and delivery were first class. My enquiry was dealt with, in a friendly and efficient manner, using the online chat service. I received all of the necessary items to install two of the 12v Eyelite downlighters the next day. They were of excellent quality, as were the cables, connectors, LED bulbs and transformer. Return and refund were assured, provided the items were repackaged as received. No need, however, as the finished effect turned out to be perfect , and has transformed the appearance of our driveway gates. Not cheap but worth every penny !”

“Excellent service. Delivery received the next day. Good quality spare parts supplied. The baseplate had sheared off (vandals). I was unable to get the screws out of the baseplate as they were corroded in. Had to drill the heads off to get the old screws out. The new screws look like stainless steel. The threaded holes in the aluminium baseplate were a very tight fit. Maybe a loose captive nut in the baseplate would be a better idea”
