“I cannot praise the team at lumena highly enough, from needing some advice on which lights would work best for myself to needing a replacement when one of the lights developed a fault they have been superb (especially Bonnie). To be able to speak to someone who works for the company not some overseas call centre! who clearly knows the products they sell, cares for the company they work for and the customer getting satisfaction from their purchase is something I thought had disappeared, but not so with lumena. I have purchased 9 of the haloposts from them they are an effective, robust and well manufactured path light and have done a great job of lighting the pathway up to my remote lakeland cottage. As I stated one of the lights did develop a fault but within 2 days lumena sent a replacement no quibbles no shifting the blame and they have worked perfectly well for the past 2 years and I am confident will do so for many years to come. Have just purchased 4 of the Solamon pedestal lights as garden lights they look fantastic can't wait to get them located and in use. Will surely be buying more products from them in the future knowing I will get a superior product at a fair price and if I do have any problems they will take care of me, thank you everyone at lumena.”

“Lutman Aero Works thoroughly recommend the Pro Solar LUMELUX flood lights. We use the 60W units to up-light aeroplane sculptures and the 25W to light footpaths. Brilliant products with a longer than expected lifespan. Charles Lutman”

“Recently purchased the anti vandal bollard light for a housing development that I am carrying out and have ordered a single unit to test that they will be suitable before placing on site. “I bought 2 x lights on 2 separate occasions benefit of doubt the first order parts missing! the lid has 4 retaining nuts to secure it only 3 supplied in a sealed bag so can’t say it fell out and on both lights in sealed separate boxes someone can’t count! The second order the same occurred 1 missing nut on both lights!! and the nut that holds the finial on was missing! i siliconed it on! Both orders parts missing? bit more than a coincidence - i think quality check needs some extra training, so i won’t need my £5 voucher off next order as won’t be placing one.”

“I wanted to position discrete uplighters in our new front garden to highlight the trees and shrubs and was taken by the AlvLED spike lights in the Lumena Lights range. I liked the design and the fact that I could choose the colour of the units and went for the garden green. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the units and the next-day delivery. Importantly, the GU10 lamp can be easily replaced when it fails and I choose to buy lamps which throw a green, subtle light. As it happens, I learnt this morning that our front garden has been awarded a gold in the Enfield in Bloom competition, so quality lights in a quality garden from a quality service company!”
