“I cannot praise the team at lumena highly enough, from needing some advice on which lights would work best for myself to needing a replacement when one of the lights developed a fault they have been superb (especially Bonnie). To be able to speak to someone who works for the company not some overseas call centre! who clearly knows the products they sell, cares for the company they work for and the customer getting satisfaction from their purchase is something I thought had disappeared, but not so with lumena. I have purchased 9 of the haloposts from them they are an effective, robust and well manufactured path light and have done a great job of lighting the pathway up to my remote lakeland cottage. As I stated one of the lights did develop a fault but within 2 days lumena sent a replacement no quibbles no shifting the blame and they have worked perfectly well for the past 2 years and I am confident will do so for many years to come. Have just purchased 4 of the Solamon pedestal lights as garden lights they look fantastic can't wait to get them located and in use. Will surely be buying more products from them in the future knowing I will get a superior product at a fair price and if I do have any problems they will take care of me, thank you everyone at lumena.”

“These HaloMarkas are excellent from a reliable company who are in every way very knowledgeable about there lights and gave me advice on which would suit my decking, they are nice and bright, easy to turn on and install. A big thank you to the afternoon warehouse staff for picking my order and making sure they worked before delivery and made sure the fixings were included. “I have now installed my lights from Lumena. They are exceptional quality, beautifully designed and very robust. Installed simply by the electrician. The Charleston louvered brick light, Eyelite step light and Charleston bollards all look fabulous!”

“Transformer failed after just under 5 years. Returned to Lumena but advised that they would not replace FOC or even at a discount. I can no longer recommend this British company when comparing their customer service and attitude compared to others.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We offer up to 2 years' guarantee on all of our Lumena Lights transformers. As you have mentioned, it has lasted 'just under 5 years', which indicates that it has exceeded its guaranteed time. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to replace the faulty product under its given warranty period, FOC or at a discount. If you can get in touch with us and provide an order invoice, we can have a further look into this, but we cannot guarantee an FOC replacement if this has exceeded its given warranty/guarantee. We always strive for the best customer support here at Lumena, and we are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with our service. While we strive to assist our customers to the best of our ability, factors such as the specified warranty period can sometimes hinder our efforts, and unfortunately, there is not a lot we can do. If an item failed within a reasonable time frame of exceeding the warranty period, we usually offer a discounted replacement but, unfortunately, over double the warranty period would not fall into a reasonable time frame. Therefore, as mentioned above, if you'd like us to have a further look into it, please get in touch with your order number. Best regards, Lumena Lights Team

“Have bought several products from Lumina Lights and are very happy with all of them. In fact we won't buy solar lights from anywhere else now. Photo includes green HaloMARKA Solar Decking Lights (around 18 months old and still going strong) and 2 Beacon Solid Brass Bollard / Path Lights. We also have 2 solar flood lights that are brilliant and will be purchasing another soon.”

“SHORT review: Outstanding customer service, efficient delivery and high quality product. Extremely happy customer who highly recommends them. LONG review: I'm not very technically minded and initially contacted Lumena regarding a lighting project (Garden lights & Patio lights) in my garden and spoke with Elliot on several occasions to work out how best to achieve what I envisaged. Elliot was very knowledgeable about Lumena products and how best to achieve what I was after by providing good ideas and suggestions I hadn't considered. At no stage did he try and rush things to 'get rid of me', but instead went out of his way to make sure I would be satisfied and even suggested an item that Lumena did not stock, but would be better for my needs. The lights arrived promptly and well packaged. I consider the quality of the various lights are of a high standard and certainly more solid than a lot of others I checked out. The lights have been in for about 2 months now and the results are even better than envisaged and the icing on the cake is that my wife is over the moon with how it all looks. So to summarise, excellent customer service, high products that I'm confident will last and a garden lit as I hoped for. Oh and a happy wife which = a happy life!”
