“Customer service and delivery were first class. My enquiry was dealt with, in a friendly and efficient manner, using the online chat service. I received all of the necessary items to install two of the 12v Eyelite downlighters the next day. They were of excellent quality, as were the cables, connectors, LED bulbs and transformer. Return and refund were assured, provided the items were repackaged as received. No need, however, as the finished effect turned out to be perfect , and has transformed the appearance of our driveway gates. Not cheap but worth every penny !”

“I bought a Stella Classica 375WL PC to complement two existing ones. It was delivered very promptly and well packed. We did have a slight issue with the delivery but this was dealt with very swiftly and efficiently by a helpful person who was easy to contact, unlike some organisations. “Would be nice not to have to pay upfront and have a 30 day account as my customer isn't collecting until Friday so can not book them to him until he collects and then he has a 30day credit account apart from that all great service Many thanks”

“I am afraid i bought 6 lumena bulbs for my brass eyelight step lights and 5 out of 6 have failed in 7 months . Shame because the fittings are robust.”

“Reliable, efficient company. I bought outside lights from them 4 years ago (great customer service at the time - advice on what to buy via phone call) and have continued to buy replacement bulbs from them. I thought I’d found a bargain on Amazon for the same bulbs but they don’t have the light sensor! So, will continue to order from Lumena from now on as I know I’ll receive correct item.”

“I replaced a transformer from an unknown brand of low voltage 12 volt rock lights last year which had probably been on the wall for almost 15 years. It finally burnt out. I replaced it with a 20watt one as it was compatible with any 12 volt system. It worked absolutely fine, I am only running x3 5 watt LED bulbs off it, well within the limits and I have had no problems so far one year later. When the other original transformer finally gave up the ghost this year, i replaced it with a Lumena transformer too. Another set of similar 12 volt outdoor lights also had a failed transformer from the original fitting. I replaced this with a generic one from tool station. It lasted barely a year!! The lumena are IP68 rated and I hope they give me as good a life as the original transformers. I would recommend them on the basis of a years operation.”
